Masashi Yamashita
He has 38 years of experience in the financial industry since joining The Long-Term Credit Bank of Japan, and more than 10 years of experience in bank management.
He led the launch of Shinsei Bank to transform its business model and achieve growth.
He was also a board member of LIFENET Insurance, Japan’s first online life insurance company, and Chairman of Japan Wealth Bank, an asset management bank in Hong Kong.
From 2016 to 2021, he was President of Lawson Bank, where he built a number of new businesses, including the digital transformation of the ATM business.
