Extensive experience in climate change, project development related to emissions trading, survey research, negotiations with overseas companies, and advisory services
As Chief Consultant of Mizuho Information & Research Institute and Environmental Researcher of Mizuho Corporate Bank, he engaged in consulting work on climate change countermeasures for governments and companies more than 10 years. During the Kyoto Protocol period, he established Asuka Green Investment, and as CEO, developed a number of emission trading projects mainly in Central and Eastern Europe, Former Soviet Union and Asia, and succeeded in transferring carbon credits. He has also held positions such as international business unit manager at an environment and energy consulting firm which is under well-known engineering company group.
